Microsoft has published information on its website that says they never make these kinds of calls. Never do anything this individual tells you. They are trying to get access to your computer or they are trying to get your credit card number to charge you for a non-existent service. This is a scam according to Microsoft. They guy is very persistent claiming he is trying to help you avoid problems with your computer. They get one number and they are trying to do everything they can to exploit you. They will use different numbers so blocking them will only work temporarily. If your phone number is published anywhere on the internet, then find out where it is and remove it and this might help. It would be great if the FBI or somebody would actually try to find out who these people are and prosecute them. I suspect that even if they did, they'd close up shop and open up somewhere else under a different operation.
The number was sold by midland collection.....Too annoy honest people,,,midland has been sued numerous times,,,,,,,,,they are third rate collectors,,,,,,,they use 20 different numbers,the nazis

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.
