A recorded message claiming that the government is offering a special deal to home owners.If I were a home owner being made a special deal by the government, they send me a letter.I was to press one number to speak to angent or another to decline. I hung up.The "decline" and "no call" options on these things are technical. You won't get further calls from that one number. You'll still get calls.
