for about 2 weeks now including today oct 14, 2008 i have been getting calls from this #. Today I answered it (it kept ringing in while i was trying to have a business conference) and politely asked the man on the other end to make sure i did not receive calls from the # anymore. he refused stating it was important that i listen to what he had to say. he continued to drown me out as i continued to ask to not be called.

Why would these people calling Illinois from Floriduh? If it is a health dept issue , then I will be contacting Illinois dept of health. Not Floriduh dept of health. my caller said " ABT SRBI" At first, I thought it was arabic names. Sorry about that.

This person claimed to be doing a survey. Are they attorneys or are they looking for trouble.

Same number calls every night. We tell them we are on the no call list and to not call. They either hang up or say they will call back tomorrow. Have called at least 50 time.

How you call back in the year 2666? Since you won't live that long, why not do the rest of the world a favor and commit suicide?

You can't get them to stop. The Do Not Call list does not cover political organizations, charities, or telephone surveyors. SRBI is a surveyor and is thus exempt from the Do Not Call list.

I appreciate the sentiment in your note. I receive survey calls and I try not to be rude, but sometimes if the time is wrong or the person is being too aggresive I may resort to being rude myself. I will have to remember your note and try to be nicer, since you are correct it is hard to find work out there these days and the caller is just doing the best job that they can do. I appreciate that they are at least trying in lieu of just mooching off the system.

Received call at 8:40pm from this 239-414-4400 number. Caller ID came up ABT SRBI.... Didn't answer, they left no message.

They're not surveyors. They are data miners. If you're not the FBI/CIA/DEA/NORAD/SWAT don't call me.
