Same Special Investigator Mac Simmons actually left a mesage on my home recorder. Stating he had a civil complaint filed against me and I need to appear. Left a case # and Claim Affidavit # which was the same number. I have not called him back. I search the reverse phone look-up and found the call was from a land line unlisted from Washington,Md. Also search my caller Id and found another earlier call from 240-696-1779, which is also from Washington,Md. My sugestion is record everything, the police can do a phone search for unlisted numbers. If they are a collection agency then record and sue..I have done it in the past and most settle out of court due to being sent to prison and the one I sued was no where near this bad.. Good Luck..

i haven't found any information that indicates they are operating from buffalo. they used to be in ohio and then left that state to set up their scam in maryland. i know buffalo is the home of most illegal debt collection scams. i'm curious if you have more information that shows that this Litigation Consulting scam is actually in buffalo. thanks.

I was told to send my moneygram or western Union to Lawrence Johnson, 167 Langfield Drive, Buffalo NY 14215. They claim that this person is a finacial attorney. They also directed me to a website.www.alixpartners.com. They claimed that Lawrence Johnson is the head attorney. I sent all this information to the FBI when I filed my complaint against these people. When I got a letter from More Star LLC in Cleveland then they told me that they were in Bethesda MD I found it a bit odd that they wanted me to western union money to an INDIVIDUAL and not a company.

In hindsight I feel really stupid because the email they sent me came from morestarllc@gmail.com.
