I just received a call from that number as well and what i heard on my answering machine was the backround noise that others have said they heard..... but my caller id says it's from a cellular call.
Last night I received a call from 2405071192. Could not understand what the woman was saying and told her so. I told her I was busy with my husband who was ill and didn't have time for her especially if I couldn't understand her and hung up. She called right back and asked me what my problem was? She said that very clearly. I told her I didn't have a problem except for her calling. I told her I did not call her she called me and I couldn't understand her. Then she said is your husband a diabetic, I slammed down the phone. He is not a diabetic and I have no idea where this call came from. I am going to report them.
We are on the 1-800-do-not-call list but still keep getting harassing calls from this number asking for money and alleging to be the diabetes network.
Called 11:17 am 05/12/2010. Waited 6 or 7 rings. Picked-up phone and heard, "You have been dropped from this conference". Huh?
Calls around 20 times a day..very rude..very inconsiderate...has threatened me several times.."I WILL CHOP YOUR F-ING HEAD OFF. I have reported them to the State Attorney General several months ago..they claim to be investigating it.
