These calls are disturbing sick babies, elderly people etc. who are trying to rest and can't get to the phone easily. So these callers are committing harassment and should have class action suits taken against them. Plus the servers that allow these should be also held accountable and be able to stop these calls.
check out getting an ooma. the ooma service has blacklist, community block, call screening and call block. you can block individual numbers thru your phone company like bell but the teleroaches just switch to another number. ooma just redirects the caller to a dis-connected tone,very useful.
