Call ID 'VIHA' (Vancouver Island Health Authority); also no message

Could be anything that falls under VIHA... A Doc, Clinic, anything. You likely won't have luck calling it back

i get repeated calls from this number saying they are looking for a video conferencing department.i keep saying you've got the wrong number, please don't call again and update your records.today they reached a new low and told me that the children at the sick kids hospital will be very disappointed.you don't want to know what i replied, but the unlucky caller will be having nightmares tonight.

This is the generic phone number for the Victoria General Hospital (VIHA), you call it back and you get a recorded message. They called my cell, I didn't recognize the number so didn't answer, checked this site and will answer it now because I'm waiting for an appointment for a test at VGH.

Not true I called it back cause I was waiting for an MRI...they called because there was a cancellation and since I missed call they moved to next person on list. That is why no message was left. By me calling back and having to leave a message, they called me back and I got it bumped up 4 months....I go tomorrow instead of Feb 2013!! Well worth calling them back IMO.

I recommend answering these calls especially if you are waiting for a test, MRI or scan of some kind. I missed one on cell and home phones. I called back and after talking to 2 people I had to leave a message. With in the hour I got a call back and got my MRI bumped up to tomorrow from February 2013! It usually is a tech calling, if there is no answer they just move on to next person on cancellation list. They will not leave a message.

Or it might be the TV rental service, asking if you want to renew a TV rental for a patient

V.I.H.A is a joke they are so over managed the money managers waste is just beyond reason let alone their salary.
