I receive calls on my cell phone from this number quite often. Since I do not recognize it, I do not answer. No one ever leaves a message. The calls come at different times of the day and night.
Left a voicemail of a tv commercial. Sounded like it put the phone down in front of tv & just walked away....put phone# on my reject list.
Sounded like the above, a television in the background. Might be a spoof to find active numbers. Tracks back to Theodore AL and an AT&T cell, but that makes no sense....

How do I find out who these people are? They called the home someone I know but no one related or close to me. I didn't even know this person's home phone number. I want to find out who these people are so I can REPORT them to my law enforcement.
Missed call from 1-251-207-99003. They tried to leave a voice mail. I could understand anything that was said. GRRR
The message said "I am Dan Fulton from the US census bureau. Please call as soon as possible @ 228xxxxxxx." Note the call came in from Alabama but he gave a Mississippi call back number. I did not post the call back number because it may be to an innocent person. This voice mail was left May 13 @ 4:31am.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
