calls but leaves no message. I just let the call go to voicemail. The line stays open for a while, as if someone is on the other end. Then my voicemail will give the option to repeat, save or delete.
companies needs to make their company name and phone number be knowm/seen,when calling. They need to identify who they are right up-front.
this phone #2527572102 comes up as Online Information Services and they said i am in collections for an unpaid bill when my child was in ER last year. I contacted all billing departments related and was told my bills were all paid though insurance after I paid my copay.
"online information services" must be a fraud trying to get money claiming I am in collections for an unpaid emergency room department bill. I paid my copay and my insurance was submiitted and paid.
