Was called about 9 a.m. this morning. I didn't answer and no message was left on my answering machine. CID only showed phone # and "Seattle, WA." I tried to call back in order to clarify what the call was about. However, it rang a couple times and then got busy signal. Did same on repeated call.
Rec'd call this afternoon. Was a poor connection, so had a hard time understanding caller. Apparently a fund raiser for a Washington State Patrol organization. I hung up as useless trying to understand the caller. Wasn't going to donate in any case. CID showed phone # and "NONE."
