keeps calling me over and over and there is no answer. how can we report something like this to higher authoritiy
there is no problem besides the fact that they call about 5 or 6 times a day. I didn't notice it until I googled the area code. People can only rely on themselves to a certain extent. I do think these numbers should be reported to someone because these people are obviously calling with bad intentions. My family has received multiple calls like this from a different country and I know that it has been reported before. I haven't looked into the call blocker device but I guess it is time.
This number called me said his name is David abd that he was calling on behave of Google because my gmail has been hacked. I started to ask more questions at which time he gave me an 800 number to call back on to "fix" my problem. I contacted my IT guy abd he informed me that this is more then likely a scam to gain access to my computer.
Claimed he was from microsoft and said my hotmail account was hacked. I did not give him any information and had hung up on him.Called microsoft and they said they do not call people.
They say your email is hacked. They say their calling from Microsoft and they want to help fix the problem. They say your email is being compromised and someone is sending out emails from your account. They tell you to get on your computer go on the internet browser type in a website. Once you put in the website and hit enter they will be able to control your computer and do what they want to do. Take all your information. DONT FALL FOR IT!!!" THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
They called me and told me they were from Yahoo and that my mail had been hacked and that they had gotten complaints about being sent emails from me. They had my phone number and my address. I went along with it because I some what believed them. Then they had me go to teamviewer.com I immediately noticed the download button and the remote access link. This set off my internal alarms. Thankfully the call got dropped. When they called back the number said unknown. I blocked that.

I didn't recognize the number so I obviously was checking to see who it was
The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
