you can report all numbers to FTC, they are useless. FTC should be able to turn off all calls like this but that would be work for them.

ive asked the company to stop calling and they repeatedly do so. i am on the do not call list and have reported them-

this is what I mean, which ever phone service has this number should be penalized and have the service cut for this kind of harassing calls. But that would be work for the authorities.

In the past when receiving calls like this I have asked the caller to hold while I get me card, wait a few seconds then start rattling off about 30 numbers. They hang up and don't call back.
