They left a message saying my account (what account?!) is not having any issues but it is URGENT I CALL IMMEDIATELY because I was qualified to refinance to a lower interest rate of 1%.These calls drive me nuts! Grrr!!

I wasn't co-operative with the first caller from this number so I was put through to a "manager". He claimed to be based in London Ontario (despite the Michigan phone number) but didn't know where Sarnia was and then said he was near the University of London. Gave his name as David Parker and later as Jordan Belfort (ha ha). Got snotty with me when I asked him if he likes scamming people. But amazingly stayed on the line for another 10 minutes. Told me he makes a good living, gets a commission of $1000 for each "deal" he puts through. On a bad day he does 8 or 9 and on a good day 16 or 17. Makes good money but doesn't have a girlfriend (surprise). Even after admitting to being a criminal he was persistent, still tried to get information out of me, am I married, do I have kids, and so on.

June 29I am so annoyed with myself for being in this mess. While on the phone I tried to disconnect and was not able to. Visa knows about the scam, with calls comming in. Phone #479-715-4196. Co. called Group Whalen Program, her name is Maria Jones MJ 112. I knew something was wrong!!. I am glad I looked at the Michigan #. Thank you for you comments.

Received three calls from this phone # on my cell phone since 6/24 (I've been involved with a big project and haven't had the time to research the calls who are not in my contact list). Caller has been dumped by the cell phone app all three times because this phone number does not appear in my contact list (nor will it. Ever).

Got a call on June 30, 2015 from these jerks.....269-224-9029. The Caller ID said "Info Survery."Yeah right! This call as well as all UNWANTED calls will be reported to our State Attorney General's office.

Impossible to block - they're constantly changing their numbers.

How do you block calls? My AT and T service does not provide such a service.Farmgirl
