Someone from this number calling my cell and sending text to cell saying my loan has been approved... I did not apply for loan!
Got a call from this number 2x, and nobody answered when I picked up. I tried calling it back and it was an invalid #.
I have received 2 calls from this number and no one is on the line when I answer.

I think this is a scam,when i called back,the operator said the number could not be compleated as diled
Yesterday I started getting calls on my cell phone from (646) 918-5351. Today it has started from (277) 864-2109. I accidentally picked up one call from each and encountered silence followed by a tone in the brief time the line was open before I hung up. I normally would not answer an unknown number from a non-local area code and in the future will be more vigilant about that.I've seen several comments under the thread for the "646" number from folks who say they are being told they have been approved for an auto loan or a a payday loan. Some think they may have actually applied for such a thing but most don't. Some think they may have entered their phone number on a website or pop-up for a contest entry or some such thing. I don't believe I've done any of those things. The one possibility that comes to mind is that they may be picking phone numbers up from contact info displayed on Facebook. I have now removed my phone number from Facebook. Anybody I care about hearing from already has my number and I don't need to be sharing it with the rest of the world any time FB decides they don't care about my privacy.
