If these numbers are known, why can they not be made to be interrupted and not routed through?

They use programs that show the caller ID as a number that does not exist- ie the number is faked. It is not the number they actually call from

Has anyone taken note of the name of the company, or better yet the cruise line behind these calls (I got 2 of them back to back yesterday, didn't answer either). If all of us, plus future recipients, complained directing to the cruise line there's a better chance that some form of action would be taken against these robo calls.

I received. twice this call to my cell phone on June 14, this piece of [***] doesn't end... .

Unknown long-distance (Texas) so I did not answer. No message left. Added to blocked callers list. I'm in Toronto (Canada). Telus.

I just received that annoying phone call this morning. This time, no one talked. Usually, they start with "Congratulations, you've won a cruise to the Bahamas!"I'm tired of this sh*t.

I got it two time on weekend.

I just got a call from this number, but ignored it. They did leave a message about me winning some free bogus cruise to the Bahamas for two. Apparently people may "have access" to this cruise after completing a "brief" phone survey. I blocked the number with my call blocking app.

By the way, I also live in Canada, and I am on a Rogers family plan.
