I didn't answer because I also subscribe to the 'Everyone who has legitimate business with me is either in my book or proudly displays the name of their business when calling!' school of thought. If I can't identify you with caller ID then you can go to voice mail. If you can't leave a call back number then you don't need to talk to me.Of course, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad manages to quite eloquently put into writing what we all wish we could do with these people. The current DNC list applies only to the law abiding companies that are trying to make an honest living, a category these people quite obviously do not fall into.

They just called my cell - I never answered because I only text .... use phone only in emergencies. Seems these types of call are coming daily and I'm on donot call list.

Unfortunately the Canadian DNCL only applies to Canadian Companies and these calls are from the USA

That Canadian DO NOT CALL LIST is not worth the paper its printed on. Any company can buy that list for $50.00 and then they have 5 million active numbers. Its a telemarketers dream list, since most calls come from over seas or a computer.
