I don't know these people . Keep calling my cell phone, telling me to call them back. NO Way....

Well I worked for Hollywood video and they always screwed up on people's account. I have been getting billed for movies I never even rented. So maybe you should STFU you stupid [***]. Yo probably work for the conpmay that is calling people trying to get them to pay for stuff they never rented or that they returned.

I was getting calls from this number 281-647-4118 in Jan. of 09 the message said to call back before 9-pm. After several attempts I finally got through to someone who identified themselves as representing Universal Fidelity and they were calling about some bill the ex-wife had generated. I explained to them that I had been divorced from this person for over seven years and was not responsible for her bills, please remove me from your call list.They waited about three months and now their at it again. Does anyone know A way I can make them stop?

your the scam if you owe a company money they will.send you.notice in the mail first. unless your address has changed. If not call the company with your old cridit card and confirm their claim.

This number is consistently calling my cell phone and leaving messages for me to call them back. When I do all I get is a recording. I have left SEVERAL hundred messages (this has been going on for 2 years) yet I can't seem to talk to a live person. Previous posts say that this was for late fees from Hollywood video???? I have never even had a Hollywood video card. How do I get these calls to stop? I have contacted the BBB and they said they would send a letter to this compeny but nothing has changed?? The person who prevously had this number owed a lot of ppl money. I was able to give them current contact information and would gladly give this company her contact information (I found her on Google) If someone would just ANSWER the phone....ugh so annoying to go rushing to the phone just to get a recording telling me to call them back before 9PM for a urgent personal matter.....HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

univeral fidlty also call me all the time.But about a month ago we filed for chapter 13 (not that we wanted to but we have beeen out of work for over a year and this is the last resort to try and keep our home. I called all my creditors to get the pay off balances and all the collections for each one and some have 4 or 5 of them and they keep selling them to other collections it's a mess but you have to give the lawyer all of them to get rid of them. it's been a month and i had to give the lawyer 4 more collection people. i hope they hurry up . My head is in such a FUNK i can hardly take it anymore. I know were not the only people thats in a mess it just make s me really sick to go through this when we work hard to pa y what we owed and now we can't. Good Luck to everyone. Yep. Two voicemails. The second was a garbled idiot who could not leave a proper message - some garbled garbage about cannot leave info on voicemail and call us back before 9pm. I say, they can KMART

Omar is behind these calls, This guy has been sued by the FTC for over a half million dollors, he is currently under investigation by the U.S. Attorney Generals Office.From what I understand this is not good for this phony collection company.

I get recordings from this number everyday and when I answer it hangs up. I called them back, after waiting 10 minutes I get this man demanding I pay $25000 for something I have never heard of. They continue calling. This is certainly not a professional company because of the way they handle things. They are very rude and demanding!
