This telephone number showed up on my answering machine. When listening to the message it was call before 9am. I thought something dreadful must have happened. I called. They were looking for someone that I had never heard of on my private line. O.K., they made a mistake, but, I will never forget thatdoomsday message. How dare they do that to anyone, for that matter.

Call came in at 3:41P.M. on February 9, 2026. No spoken message was left. I checked the missed call box that read not in service. I checked the phone and there was a dial tone. I assumed the call was a scam.
