Threatened me to not notify 3rd party. Said I was in extreme legal trouble by my name being linked to car rental and 20 bank accounts. Threatened to suspend ss#, benefits and bank accounts. Aggressive. I filed police report and notified the bank and local ssa of this fraudulent offense.

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
