They start talking as soon as my answering machine picks up. After they realize that they are talking during an answering machine outgoing message, they hang up. My message even starts with the SIT for a disconnected number, yet they continue to call.

I receive calls from this company every day of the week all day and even at night. I would like to have this number blocked from my phone.

302-752-1422 They claimed they were doing a "diabetes follow-up." Called several times, but normally we have the ringer turned off and do not answer. Accidentally answered and gave them hell. We'll see what happens.

Called yesterday October 6, and again today October 7, 2010, First time they left a message, the second time they didn't. There has to be a way to stop these annoying calls. I am getting sick and tired of it. I am considering getting rid of my landline just for this reason.

Calls me at 9:00 p.m. California time. I don't answer, and I want them to stop.

This appears to be a classic scam. "Starnet" called several times, claiming that they were following up on a questionnaire I had filled out that indicated that I have diabetes. The problem is:(1) Nobody in this household has diabetes.(2) I never filled out a questionnaire for this company.(3) The area code is in Delaware, where I have no healthcare connections.(4) The call itself is a violation of my "Do Not Call" agreement.

Apparently, the police, state, and federal government have failed to stop these phone calls because of its' lack of significance. Well, it's time to make a copy of this web page and send it to every fax machine and e-mail of anyone that should be doing something........Five times aday should be adequate.....Start with your phone company.......

They just called be at 11;54 pm!!! Good thing I read all your comments. I'm turning on my fax machine. I have found that stops annoying calls (but I do get spam faxes). I understand there is also a "do not fax list".

The above telephone calls my house a few times a day and never leaves a message. My phone number is on the do not call list. So why are they calling me and how can I make them stop? I tried calling the number but I got a recording that the call could not be completed and try again.

I have been getting calls from this number,too and they don't even bother leaving messages:how annoying. If I call the number, allI get is a busy dialtone, leaving me unable to speak to someone about having me removed from their calling list.
