It's hard for the DNC registry to do anything, this is a Scam they call from outside the country using a # from the USA, very hard to trace it back to a person, this is not a legit # or company. The best thing you can do is block the call. It stinks we have to put up with scams like this. I'm in the same boat and my phone co. doesn't offer call block so I have to go out and buy a new phone that has i built it.

i think we can't do anything about it.. since they are calling and calling many times a day.. we should ignore them.. besides.. they can't sell anything if you don't have diabetes.. ^#^

Received a call from 302-752-1422. The guy said that they received information that I was recently diagnosed as a diabetic. I just said no and hung up. If I was, that information would be protected under the HIPAA laws so this should be illegal. And, we are on the Do No Call list.

We keep getting calls from this number. When we answer there is no one there and it goes to a dial tone after 15 seconds or so. VERY annoying.

A family member of mine made the mistake of answering this call. Sure enough, it was some diabetic nonsense. What's quite troubling is the fact that they call in and they know your name. This gal called in here and she was either on a cellphone or some crappy connection somewhere. I thought the gov't needed money badly? Isn't this an easy lay up? 10 grand a pop? Get 'em shut down. Throw 'em in jail. Just get these lowlifes to stop pestering people. Get a real job!What's it take to finally get results and get this crap shut down?

Just received call from that stupid Liberty Medical number...told them no one here had diabetes, but we all had a disease that was contagious over the phone..the foreign speaking person hung up....tsk tsk..

QUIT CALLING!!!!!

after the call push star 57 this will trace the call for the police. it cost me one dollar per trace.after 3 trace calls you call your local police and explain your problem they can then take action with the phone companys help and stop the harassing caller..if no one talks you dont need more than one trace.

Received call today - inquiring about a form that I may have filled out stating that I am diabetic. I filled out no such form, They wanted to know if anyone in the household was diabetic or used a walker or cane. answers to all was no. They hung up.
