Someone called several times today when I answered the line was static and they hung up. Attempts to call this number back unsuccessful
Got the same call. What angers me is, how come the H.I.P.P.A. Laws don't apply here? It is against the law to ask ANYONE about their medical ANYTHING!
I have been getting calls from 305-503-3900 several times a day for over a month asking if I have diabetes. They have thick foreign accent, can't understand what they want. If I don't answer the phone, they don't leave a message. If you try calling back the number, you get message that the phone has been disconnected or not in service. I, too, am on a do not call list; how do I get them to stop?!?
I thank you for the customercare@paetec.com. I did write a complaint to them also. They should not allow someone to use a number that violates the laws regarding hours of phone calls. They called here at 7:21 a.m. this morning. It says Delaware call. It is just wrong. They should be stopped from harassing people at all hours of the day or night with no regard to the laws regarding the times of their calls.
I'm on the west coast and these nimrods have called 5 times from 8pm to 10 pm. No one in my home is diabetic and still they keep calling
By any chance do you rent from a company called JMW. Properties with complex located in Portland Oregon or Vancouver Washington? I think there is a connection here. This company is being investigated, is in Chapter 11, is up for sale (maybe a short sale), and is harassing long term tenants.
And I meant to say a HIPAA violation. It would seem to me that they are getting this information from the insurance companies or the pharmacies or they have hacked into those databases.
