Area code from Colorado, reminding me of an upcoming appt that I have in California. Affiliated with St. Joseph Hospital Systems.
I get calls everyday from this # and they never leave a message. Like everyone here, I have called this number back and it's constantly busy. If this were a Drs. office calling they would leave a message, if it was for an appointment reminder a message would also be left.

Saying postal redelivery unit when called. What?
I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
