The call came in, said hello 2 times then I hung up. I give the people who call 2 chances to tell me who they are and never tell them who I am when they ask. There are a lot of scams out there so be careful answering calls.

When you answer the phone they hang up. They are trying to see if the number is actually associated with a person or not. Most likely they will clone the number.
