They call and don't leave a message. When you happen to answer they don't introduce themselves, they say "I am x" but they don't say who are they calling on behalf of or what company or what they want they go directly to "can I talk to..." My answer is always the same, what is your name, where are you calling from and who you work for...if those three things are not answered then I am not answering any questions, not confirming or denying any information and for sure not giving you any information simple, you called me I did not call you....
This number calls often, but no one says a thing. No message generated by the computer, no human on the other side. It just sits. I called the number and the woman who answered...Allied Financial...can't understand why I was pissed and happened to have gotten an attitude with me. I told her off and hung up. So, it's GMAC/Allied Financial. IDIOTS!
I just got a call. No message. Its Ally which is formerly GMAC Financial. I am $40 bucks past due & they are calling me for that? Seriously? My vehicle was overpaid with them for months & months. So now they are going to bug me over 40 bucks?
Calls almost daily, they hang up instanly after I finish my greeting.
Calls daily, at least three times. No one answers, it is just dead air. SO ANNOYING. Maybe this is a technique they use to get people to call back.
Calls my work everyday...i usually just pick up then hang up. today i answered because they were calling repeatedly. a man asked for me and i said i wasnt in. when i asked what this was regarding the man said to "have Denise called Allied Financial Systems" then hung up and didnt leave a number. I do not have a car payment thru GMAC/ALLY. my car is paid off thru chrysler and my other car is thru Santander. Have no idea why they would be calling me.
Calls almost daily, sometimes multiple times a day, they hang up right after I finish my greeting. I am going to start turning them into the FCC for anoying calls, I do not care who they are, they should not be calling & hanging up like this. It is a waste of a business' time, waste of my time, ties up a line on my company phone that a customer could be calling in on. It is pointless! GMAC/ALLY if you are reading this, it is stupid & you need to change your tatics. I know that nobody from my office will call you back unless you leave a message. No message, no call back - simple as pie!
