3/24/15 Just got a call from this number 304- 236-5785 caller was Richard F. Brown in West Virginia. I did not answer for I don't know who this is. Looked it up and it says it is a Scammer.
Pretty sad when I do not own a credit card and I get all of these call. The calls should have stopped as I have been a victim of identity theft twice and tax fraud.
I use the free "True Caller" app for my Cell phone and use it to block them....Calls from these are gone....I never get a ring.Wish they had that for my land-line....but there I just let them ring and never answer them.
Wow - they said they will reduce the interest on my credit cards immediately. All I had to do was have them verify the credit card number, expiration date and 3 digit code on the back. They also had me confirm my login information and said the new rate will be effective today - I'm saving 25% interest!
