305-728-0130 has been calling my cell phone non-stop asking for a name other than mine. Told them they have the wrong # and to take my # off their list, but they have not. They called 11:00 one evening. Tonight I called them back and asked for a supervisor, she told me they do not have to follow the "Do Not Call List" and that she would take my # off, but it would take 48 hours. I asked why they kept calling me and she said everytime there is a new survey your # comes up again. It's all BS to me. Tomorrow calling FCC on this company, I've had enough!

Received this call at 7:30 PM -- an opinion poll survey. I asked to be removed from their calling list. It's election time, maybe that's what this is about. I'm on the national do not call list.

You may call us but when we tell you you have the wrong number because there is no person by the name you are looking for YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO CALL BACK MULTIPLE TIMES!!!!!

By Law you might be able to call. That doesn't mean we have to talk to you. It would seem you are wasting your own time if you know we are monitoring for your number and aren't going to respond. Why not call somebody who wants to talk to you?

If you answer and get hang-ups you can file a complaint with the FCC. They DO investigate, and although these low-lifes might have the legal right to call once, they do not have the right to call and not answer!

I got this missed call as well, 7pm on a weekday. My cell phone is a listed National Do not call. I believe there is a fine of $11k each time they call a number which is on a DNP list.

We are so sick of this number calling us! You are correct people they call and do not leave a message at all and it's very disturbing because it's always at bedtime! They do not leave messages. It is rude. We already know who we are voting for and it's none of their business! LEAVE US ALONE! We are also on a do not call list....why do they have a right? And why are they calling from Florida Keys anyway? Errrrrrr! People with caller id's DONT PICK UP YOUR PHONE AND GIVE THEM THE CHANCE TO TALK TO YOU...they don't stop calling even if you ask them to.

Received only one call just a minute ago.Area code 305 is Miami, Florida and I don't know anyone from there. I don't know how they received this cell phone number either.

also three calls in 2 days.. only a bunch of noise on the phone when I answer... then it hangs up...
