This is nothing more than phishing.You reply to a Craigslist ( or other ) post and you get this generic reply asking you to follow some link to "verify" or see "pictures" sometimes they use this fake phone number. It doesnt exitst. They WANT you to reply to their email so they can get YOURS and sell it to telemarketers. FLAG IT ! Dont reply. Forward it your ISP spam or abuse line send it to their ISP and Craigslist if thats where you met them.
