Reporting is pointless - nearly all of these callers are outside of the US and are using computer tech to spoof the # that shows on your caller ID. It's virtually impossible for the authorities to pursue.
Did not answer -- checked number online afterwards and saw that others had answered, but it was a scam
I got this call twice on 1/31 and now. I have gotten this call on my landline as well. The IRS never, I repeat never, call you. This Indian based IRS scam is well known.
This was an automated/ robo call saying "Your student loans have been flagged for refinancing..."I pressed 1 to talk to a person and got a recorded message: "All student loan counselors are busy so please leave your name and number and someone will get back to you".I don't have any student loan, but still.They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
