This is the fourth call I've received over the last three weeks. It's a pre-recorded call. This time I didn't answer it, but the "caller" left a message. Here is the message: "Receive a rate and payment reduction of up to 40% as part of the new government student debt relief program released by President Obama on December 12, 2013. Press '1' to be connected to a live operator to take advantage of this new program or press '5' to decline this offer."
No they never stop calling they just use a different number. My DO NOT ANSWER phone list is over 150 numbers long and growing!
