SPAM -- TELEPHONE SURVEY COMPANY -- SCAM! Always starts out with a robocall, then -IF someone at their end grabs the line before they hang up -- They'll start with a BS intro and 2 or 3 questions before they even take a breath. Just curse them out (perhaps a few new words for their vocabulary?) and hang up.
Caller ID showed SSI; I didn't recognize the phone number today and they didn't leave a message. I doubt it really has anything to do with Supplemental Security Income.
Interesting. Thanks Mike-in-MD. Two other numbers SSI has called me from in March 2016 are 307-248-5076 and 307-248-6324. I called the number on the website and we'll see if this stops them from calling me. You are correct about them being exempt from the DNC list (which I am on).

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
