just started getting calls from this number never any respopnse when I answer and I get "thank you for calling, good bye" when I called the number back. must be some sort of reatared scam artist.
This is a business line so I have to answer with my first name, the guy rattles off blah, blah, blah, about a mailing that was sent about prop 24 to our city, I let him know I was not interested and hung up, they called last week same crap.

Yep, someone from this number called me around noon, for the first time. I have a few friends in Los Angeles, but when there was no message, I immediately checked 800Notes. Another scammer to block! Between receiving phone calls, emails, and letters in the mail, I am bombarded with requests for donations, surveys, phone calls for home repair, a call from Jamaica, hang-ups, and a call from the IRS saying a sheriff was going to be at my door to arrest me for not paying my taxes! I may have to move, and have an unlisted number :-(
