They called like 3 minutes ago, I called back and "the call could not be completed" as dial or it just quickly ends. What does it mean?
Received call late at night on cell phone. No idea who it is. I'm in South Carolina, showed up as coming from California.
it's a scam because i have received calls from these people at 9:50pm and 6:25 am. It is illegal to call at these hours
Called at 5:55-- ny the caller is from california, didnt answer and added to rejected list
Seems as though this number calls a lot of people. They called. I answered they never said anything and then they hung up. After reading the notes here. Glad I did not call back.
Just called my cell phone #. I did not answer. I looked it up. Found this long stream of comments. Lovely call really. I love the sound of my ringtone. Its like hearing my favorite song 100 times a day. Thank you bad caller, for playing my favorite song. :-)

From the QUITLINE - can be any state - PA for me - I followed their program to quit smoking and this was a follow up survey - NOT SPAM - The service was helpful and the survey harmless.
Got 2 calls from this number stating that it is a colect call from an inmate. We don' t know anyone who is an inmate anywhere.

This number keeps calling me. The message they leave is like a clicking sound. No one speaks. Very odd. I’m blocking this number

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
