Loser in India has called today from this Apple Store phone ID # pretending there is a problem with moms iCloud account(she's 80!). Complete losers who steal from unsuspecting elderly and others. What a loser. Get a life.
Received 4 calls on two different days from this number. Number comes back to an actual Apple store in the Santa Monica 3rd Street Promenade. Scam message that is garbled states that there is something wrong with my Icloud and we should call support representatives at 855 200 5493. I immediately changed my apple ID password. TOTAL SCAM. Every time they have called, a different Apple Store phone number comes up.
I have received recorded phone calls from this number, showing Apple Inc. as the caller ID. I added it to my blocked phone numbers. This is one of several numbers that have called me and claim to be Apple.
they will use different numbers with caller id saying Apple Inc.I have already made a report with Apple Customer Support .. They will take care of it from there.
Yes they are calling from several different numbers. All the exact same recording. I just feel for the poor person who does fall for this and gives them all their personal information, to only get scammed.
