Came home from work today to 8 messages on my answering machine, all from this number and also 510-350-2400. Beginning part was also garbled but they did say their was breach on the cloud. Then got one more call around 5:30pm and answered hoping to get a person I could tare into. Nope robo call. Why wouldn't they call the I-phone if there was truly a problem instead of my home phone.
They are spoofing an actual Apple store number. 310-633-2670 is an Apple store in Santa Monica. I was getting these calls a couple of days ago but they wanted me to call 855-280-5546. I blocked the (209) 342-1500 that they were spoofing at that time which is also an Apple store. Now they want me to push number 1. I don't even have an Apple anything account. This number is going on the block list too.
Have received over ten calls in the last two days from Apple Inc at various phone numbers, all scams reprting iCloud issues.
Has call 15 times today saying someone by the name of Molly wants to talk. And then says press 1 to talk or 2 to hang up.
Uses a computer voice with poor English grammar saying we urgently need to fix a security problem with their devices. I didn't listen to the rest because it was clearly a fraud, but this company calls multiple times a day every day.
Numerous calls, same message, icloud data breech. SCAM...With the technology we have abailable, how is it Apple can’t trace this number back and get it stopped? I don’t understand...
These calls are from over seas. The scammers are just spoofing American phone numbers. There's nothing Apple can do. You should just block the number so they don't keep calling you.
Keep getting called from called ID Apple Inc.I know Apple wouldn't call. How to stop these calls?
Received a recorded message from "APPLE INC" 1-310-633-2670 stating that my iCloud security had been breached and that they strongly recommended that I speak with an Apple security team member prior to using any Apple devices. "To speak with an Apple team member, press 1 now. To hang up, press 2." IT'S A SCAM.
