You are absolutely correct, I am in New England and I participated in a survey for my Daughter through medical insurance and a month later I received an invite for another survey involving vaccine history, so it's not a scam and you are also correct about the time that they call, it's about calling after work and not interrupting you during dinner.So be at ease.

Well, the CDC is in Atlanta and this number came from Chicago, so I do not think it is a legitimate call. Second, all kids are required to have proof of vaccinations on file at schools, so they could get everything they need from them. I have a pay as you go cell phone that I never give the number out for it, but they called me on it twice. They would not have any reason to call about kids at the number and they cost me money.
When asked if doing anything that is dangerous while talking on the phone like driving, just tell them your masterbating but you can do that while you talk and they'll tell you to have a nice day and not call you back.
Tell them your mobile line is for business only and they should not call you anymore. I have also blocked the call from another line.
TN from NORC U Chicago, no message left, lie about what about the individual is to state when voice mail encountered per their policy. Besides call from east of Mississippi River, to anyone west take heed anyway.
This number continues to call me at 1:00 am and on during the day. I have blocked this number and still they call. What is the use of signing up DO NOT CALL list of they continue to call.
This number is definitely a scam!! Just hang up. Told me I won a free hotel stay somewhere because I stayed with them. I have definitely not been at any hotel.
