I recently purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer from Lowes for $2238.88 and it just needed to be repaired after 3 months of use. I did not answer the call from 312-640-3944 however I will answer the next time they call.The service was done by A & E Factory Service, New England Service District 266 Route 125 Kingston, NH 03848. The washer still does not work and service is rescheduled for next week.I suggest you do not purchase appliances from any company such as Lowes, Home Depot etc. that has a contract with A & E.
We have just bought a washing machine from Sears and now the telesight people are calling my house I don't know who it is so I don't answer to them and then they do not leave messages on my machine telling me to call back and or who it is and people say it's the constumer satisfaction call for my washer but I don't know what their talking about so yes it may be sears.

This number keeps calling me asking for Brittney when I said you have the wrong phone number. They say oh sorry I must up date my records and the voice sounds like it is AI generated . The number keeps calling everyday sometimes twice a day.

Received a call from 866-385-1344 with an extension of 7693 and said they (Alan) were with CIBC. When I called the number it did NOT say CIBC and when I keyed in the extension it stated this extension could not take calls.
