I recently purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer from Lowes for $2238.88 and it just needed to be repaired after 3 months of use. I did not answer the call from 312-640-3944 however I will answer the next time they call.The service was done by A & E Factory Service, New England Service District 266 Route 125 Kingston, NH 03848. The washer still does not work and service is rescheduled for next week.I suggest you do not purchase appliances from any company such as Lowes, Home Depot etc. that has a contract with A & E.

customer service survey for my sears delivery

We have just bought a washing machine from Sears and now the telesight people are calling my house I don't know who it is so I don't answer to them and then they do not leave messages on my machine telling me to call back and or who it is and people say it's the constumer satisfaction call for my washer but I don't know what their talking about so yes it may be sears.

Repeated calls from Telesight - even on Sunday

Was wondering who called me too. Just got a GE dishwasher from Home Depot delivered yesterday.

I am glad I checked this phone number/website, bought a refridge at Home Depot amd it was delivered today. I had the same question - just got this as a phone call on my cell. No message.

This number has called my cell phone at least 10 times this weekend, no voice mail, and rings busy when you call it back. I did not buy a dishwasher from Sears or Home Depot but I had my dishwasher serviced on Friday. What is up with this?
