Just received a call today. We just received and had installed a range and microwave from Sears so seems to make sense about customer satisfaction call. I did not answer as I did not recognize the call and there was no message left.

this is a follow up call from sears after they installed my water tank. It is an automated call. If they want feed back, don't tell me to press numbers, have a real person call.

I also just had a microwave serviced that I got at lowes but I never answer the phone if I don't know who is calling because I get as many as 20 robodilers a day, I got my number changed and within 3 mins on the new # I got a robo call.

Thanks to all of you now it makes sinces, just had repair work on my washer from SEARS. Probabley a customber call.

appears as all previous comments above computer generated survey for customer service. I had a service call from Sears for a freezer repair, too bad they no longer hire LIVE people for this job since more people would return a call to a known #.

I just got a call from the same number; did not answer, no voicemail or recording; I, too, just got a LG washer and dryer from Home Depot.

I got a call from this # today 8/29/10 312-640-3944....No message left either! ... We had a recall on our dishwasher (which we had for 3 years now) and we had someone come to service it for free on Friday to fix the recall problem.... We orig bought the dishwasher from Nebraska Furniture Mart (3 yrs ago) ....So it could be a number checking on the service of the service person or something to that effect.....
