We get frequent calls from this number, sometimes three times a day. We are elderly and do not want to be bothered with unnecessary calls.
The only way they could get my number is on Games.com and playing slots. Who needs Member Services? They are too busy calling people up and playing slots. And they cannot go to Chicago and play slots. I would not allow them to come in my home and play slots. I did not answer the call and they probably went back to playing slots.
With all the modern technology available today you can't tell me that these POS's can't be traced and put behind bars. I've been reporting all these numbers from Member Services to the NDNCR (National Do Not Call Registry) for over five years. Hundreds of numbers. Nothing is being done to stop them! I'm sick of it!
They called, they listened to their rings, they got tired of listening to their rings, they hung up! Too Bad.
Best way to get some action is to contact the FCC and complain to them. FTC has recently had their DNC database laws updated (10-12/2013) with references to both the FCC & the Justice department. You may have contact with the FBI as well. Since you actually are the "damaged" party, your comments are important. Mine are not because I blocked the number and my phone only registered a single "missed call". Good luck.
I am on the National Do Not Call list yet they still call a number of times every week. How do I report them to the authorities?
Two calls so far TODAY alone.The fact that the caller ID says "Member Services" tells me just how honest and trustworthy these calls are (or more specifically, AREN'T).
As reported above, the complaints filed with the National Do Not Call Registry don't do a damn bit of good. If your state has some type of Do Not Call law, I would try and contact the Attorney General's office for your state.

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
