This is a hangup caller possibly trying to gather data on answering party. I will block.
They called and left a message about an "update" on my mortgage. What update? I did not request anything. So glad I goggled before I called them back. Hearing the message did alarm me considering I did not request anything. I suspected something was going on. Do not call them back!! SPAM

I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
