Robocall pretending to be from the Social Security Administration. It's a known scam, suspicious activity on your account, etc. The poor wording gives it away if nothing else did. Surprisingly the call-back number matches the caller ID. I reported it to the FTC.

I agree with the other comments except I thought it was real. They had my name and asked for the last 4 digits of of soc sec# and I gave it to them. I am dumb. Can they do anything with the just the last 4 digits?
Same number,same thing,kept asking for my name,I wouldn't give it to him,I told him I am going to report him and that he was being recorded (which he was) and he got silent and hung up
Absolutely a scam! Said they were calling from SSA and were. Cancelling my number because of fraudulent activity. Social Security doesn't call people.
Told me I was being investigated as my info was found at a crime scene in Dearborn TX and I needed to fly out and meet the person on the phone right away. He did not even give me his name. Then insisted I was going to be arrested as my info was found at a drug and human trafficking investigation. He refused to tell me what precinct and what officers were involved with investigating me. He kept repeating "you need to believe me, fly to TX, I will meet you."
