Called while I was at the gym. Left no message and when I called back I got the "Verizon disconnected" message. My phone is on the Do Not Call registry, what's the point?
No answer when I picked up. I just add these numbers to my contacts and give them the name "Scam". When they call again I don't pick up
From March 23 - April 20 six pages of complaints. These scammers are very busy.I just got a call but didn't pick-up because my cell phone doesn't have it listed in contacts.
Called saying it wa sthe Verizon wireless national payment center. I don't have Verizon wireless...
Area Code 313 serves not only Detroit area but Dearborn as well.Research ... Dearborn.
Actually, the 313 area code is anyone calling from Detroit. It could be legit or not...many are not! So be very careful, of course. It's best to look it up here or @ a similar website if you're not sure. If they are legit, they will probably call you back or leave a VM. If not, you're better off anyway......
Received call from 313-910-5940, 3-25-2015. Did not answer. I don't answer calls that are unfamiliar numbers. No message was left. Which tells me it was a con or scam. I blocked the number.
March 25 -- Just got a call from the same number. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Thanks to all the posts regarding this being a scam, I have blocked the number from any future calls.
