This is a Grant scam. They call and promise to be able to lower your heating bills, re-insulating your home and a new furnace, all at no cost to you.
Caller ID of "Home Grants". Although a non-profit comes up in a search for this number, I still find it highly suspect. The bottom line is: if I want it, I will seek it out.
