Name unavailable on CALLER ID Scammer still active. Why are the feds sitting on their MASS collecting taxes and fees
just another example of various entities spoofing their numbers. Call came into my phone as UNKNOWN, used TrapCall, and it came back as (999) 999-9999. I have blacklisted and added a contact which I will block but I bet when it comes again from some other place I will get a (999) 999-9999 call again.I suspect in my case it may be a debt collector as I'll get 3-4 calls in a row from different numbers, UNKNOWN, BLOCKED, then two specific numbers one in Georgia and one in Canada. When I look those numbers up they are collection companies I have seen reported here.Identify your number and I'll talk to you, call from UNKNOWN or BLOCKED and I have to use tools like TrapCall to figure out who you are, I am not talking to you. I will only answer and talk to those who I can verify where they are calling from.

I get them calling my landline, I also blocked the number, but if it's VOIP, then they're not really calling from that number and likely won't do anything.Let's see how it goes.
I noticed this number on my husbands phone also, just the other day, it was also an incoming but the call was 51 min long? I find it hard to believe he would be on a call for that length of time.
After doing some research IF this number comes up as a text it is in fact an email sent to your mobile phone number and there is NO way to block it because it is done through someone else's email. Teat it out by typing your 10digitnumber@msg.yourphoneprovider.comThere is nothing police can do and nothin your phone provider can do because MOST times it doesn't register on their end that u got the message and they just suggest changing your number.
