Still at it July 31,2019. So glad I decided to finish my bathroom business instead of trying to make it through my living room. Supposedly in Wichita, KS area. Usually requests from police/fire dept show up as SGCFF, FOP so I doubt was legit.
Was expecting a call but decided (wisely) not to leave the bathroom. Gov’t, state & political calls are exempt from Do Not Call List. Sg Co fire & police dept show up as Sg FOP or Sg Co PD. So likely a scam posing a legit state entity.

I received a call today, and when I asked who was calling, he told me they are looking for donations for the Sedgwick County Firefighters. To help teach kids the stop,drop, and roll if they ever catch on fire. Sounds like a worthwhile project, but they make you think they all are. Funds are tight, and getter tighter for me to donate.
