Any attorney can send a letter requesting infomation. That is a fact with Craigslist when legal issues pop up. I would believe all this is leading to a civil court. Also if prosecutor is involved then some fines and time will be levied. Not to take sides but I would not want to be muskie or others that are involved. I am in prelaw and clooect vinyl as a hobby. I have watched yhis and current post on craigslist. Civil rights etc have been broken and I believe this aka muskie should do one of three things. Stop, back off. Two appoligize. Three most important, retain a very good attorney. I will not be available till I pass bar exaime. But I would not defend a losing case.

Well this guy is still out there. Beware anything Audio/Video related on craigslist with a 1$ price. I talked to this incoherent [***] after he called my phone literally 30 times in a half an hour. He will then follow up with threatening emails talking about coming to your house. Anyone here have his actual address?

423 Good Ave. Do not respond to any CL ads that show up on the map as being on the east side of Indy inside the 465 belt, it's him. He almost always asks in the ad that you email him with a valid name and phone number, another red flag.

This guy is relentless. He must not have a life. I have dealt with him for awhile (3 years off and on). He has harassed me and made personal threats to me. I reported it/him to the Police department. I have the case number. The local police are serious, because they know I am! This kind of BS has been going on for years. I am told, once they know who is 100%, they will deal with it. I save every contact! In this age of unprovoked rage and the value of life being discarded , local and state law enforcement will not play around when someone threatens your well being! He has obviously made spouses feel unsafe, made collectors question every person they meet in the vintage classifieds and eBay, and has sent a stench over the way people meet and make life-long friendships in one of the most rewarding hobbies on the planet. It is sad, unfortunate and furthermore...it's criminal. Save your emails. Keep the phone numbers.Chuck, David, Leewilliams or whoever you are...you should stop now while you are ahead.

Yeah he can rub you wrong but its usually the truth which sometimes you don't want to hear, which is why most of these complaints are posted. I have a few of these people that have posted in one way or another. My opinuion of their stereo. Do not buy from them. Mike Hittle, John Pahos, Campbell, and most all sellers around Cincinnatti area. They scam, lie, and backstabe their mother to sell you their stereo which 9 times out of 10 is crap they know is junk and hope to palm off to un sx1280 uspecting newbies just getting started.
