I received a phone call from this number that i did not pick up at 5 pm cen and when i attempted to call it back it said your international call cant be made when i looked up the international area code it came up hengshui china.

If you answered or called back you are screwed. This system detects whether the number it is calling is real or not based on a connection when you answer. The system can differentiate between you answer and voice mail because an answer and voice mail are different functions that are instantiated and the spammer knows the difference.Keep an eye out for the next few months on your bill too verify no unusual charges are occurring on it. These people have the ability to charge you phone number and get cash in hand for it. It is more hassle than I think is worth it on their end, but some people have nothing better to do.NEVER CALL A NUMBER BACK YOU DON'T KNOW. That should be common sense, b/c if it is important, they will leave a message.

I just got back from school and I saw I had a message. I thought it was one of my friends pranking me, but the aera code wasn't correct. I heard the voice and I first thought it was chinese. Then I thought it was spanish. Whoever is doing this is messed up!
