I just talked to some one calming I was being sued by the IRS. Don't waste your time but calling back it's a scam

Got two messages today from Titusville, Florida claiming I was being sued by the IRS for taxesn
My husband got a partial automated message from 321 361 4729 sayin there was a law suit (pronounced sweet) against us n to call 322 361 4727 I blocked my number and called back the number doesnt even connect it just bleeps twice n disconnects the call
this number called twice today asking me to call them back regarding a case(automated message). i figured it was a scam and checked here for confirmation.
I received a message on friday. Tried to call back and number is not in service. Thanks for the tip!

I called the Chase number on the back of my card and they said they had NOT called me, said it was scammers. I had two calls on my machine asking me to call them back.
