Two calls today, back-to-back, to my cell which I did not answer. If this is Kaiser Permanente, it is NOT a legitimate call because I have no relationship with them of any kind and never have had.
I didn’t answer the first 2 times since I screen due to so many scam calls. After looking the number up here I I answered the 3rd call which WAS my insurance company, Kaiser, reminding me of my upcoming appointment. Usually they have caller ID that announces Kaiser and usually they leave a message. This is very bad on their part.
