Got a message to call this number to cancel some kind of computer protection. If I didn't call I would be charged $200. I debated but called it anyway just to check it out. When I called they wanted to have me type something into a Search box, They gave me a bunch of letters to input. I told them I messed it up and had to start over. Then he changed to letters on the next try. Again I told him to repeat the letter and whoa they gave me some new letters to input. About that time he was getting a bet agitated so I told him to clarify the input info, then I hung up before he had a screaming hairy. Pretty sure it's a scam
Same experience - it was a robo woman’s voice, with a lot if (intentional) static. Claimed that I would be charged $299.00 for (garbled). Told me to call toll free to that number if I didn’t want to be charged. Since when is area code 323 toll free? Has to be a scam.
Told me I would be charged for an internet security feature unless I called this number to cancel. It was a recording that was hard to hear. A woman's voice.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
